The Castle Kitchen team cook for The Castle Hotel, Castle Bow Restaurant, BRAZZ and the Castle Cafes in Taunton, Somerset.

Head Chef Liam Finnegan and his team are active in the local community and are keen to support growers and producers in the West Country.

    Liam I have never met you but I now drive 25 miles just to eat your food. As far as I an concerned it is the best in the area and gives my local Michelin starred restaurant a run for its money! Your food is divine!
