Sorry it’s been a while!
What a few busy months we’ve had at the Castle. We’ve had so many great events to note but most importantly Brazz has re-opened. After a 6 week closure the doors opened and a much-needed face lift has been revealed. It’s a new, exciting time in the Brazz chapter.
We have a new Brazz manager Adam Lee aka ‘Brucey’, who is working wonders out front. In the kitchen, we have increased our team ever so slightly. The menu is made up of Brazz classics with some new ideas thrown in.
Brazz by night is a smooth, cool affair. We have Rafael and a great team of guys in the bar putting their stamp on things. We do a cocktail of the day and sharring platters to enjoy in our big comfy booths, please come in and have a look. Thursdays are 2-4-1 Cocktail evenings!
